abstract A method and a system for managing the state of a bathroom widely are provided to reduce the maintenance of the bathroom and a maintenance cost by quickly managing the facility of the bathroom through a bathroom management server. A fixed/mobile terminal(100) provides a bar code of a bathroom facility or malfunction status information which passively checks out and is generated the failed state of the bathroom facility. Information is divided into an emergency state and a normal state from a sensor. A bathroom management server(200) manages the form of the fixed/mobile terminal through PCL. The fixed/mobile terminal is classified into a grade according to a priority.
