The present invention relates to a method for purifying high-purity acetone, and more particularly, to recovering organic impurities and inorganic metal impurities by ion-exchange resin in a complex purification method, that is, pretreatment step, using recovered acetone containing both organic impurities and inorganic metal impurities. Removed, followed by continuous injection and distillation of the first purified acetone by a batch distillation column containing zeolite 4A capable of removing water to remove the water, metal ions and organic matter contained in the recovered acetone.
