titleOfInvention | Arrangement method of driving pin of laser module package and laser module package |
abstract | Disclosed are a driving pin arrangement method of a laser module package and a laser module package to which the driving pin is arranged. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a laser module package for generating and outputting laser light passes through a stem located at the base of the package and is connected to electrode terminals of respective elements of the laser module package, thereby connecting to each of the devices. In the method for arranging a plurality of driving pins for supplying driving power, the plurality of driving pins are provided in a biased manner in a predetermined area of the lower surface of the stem. According to the present invention, it is possible to maximize the heat dissipation efficiency of the laser module package by widening the attachment area of the heat sink by biasing the driving pin in a specific area of the stem lower surface. |
