titleOfInvention | Linker compounds and ligand complexes, and methods for their preparation |
abstract | The present invention provides a novel linker compound capable of efficiently forming metal-sulfur bonds by suppressing non-specific hydrophobic interactions as much as possible and also making it possible to easily adjust the length to disulfide groups provided for metal bonds. And novel ligand complexes, ligand carriers, and methods for their preparation. The linker compound has a structure represented by the following General Formula (1) (wherein a, b, d and e are each independently an integer of 0 or more and 6 or less). The said X has the structure which is a multi-branched structural site which has an aromatic amino group at the terminal, and contains three or more chains of the hydrocarbon derivative chain which may have a carbon-nitrogen bond in the main chain. In the ligand conjugate, a sugar molecule is introduced into the linker compound. |
