titleOfInvention Human Unshared Protein-2 Monobasic Polymorphism Marker for Predicting Risk of Atherosclerosis and Vascular Disease
abstract The present invention relates to a human uncoupling protein-2 (UCP-2) polymorphic marker for predicting the risk of atherosclerosis and vascular disease, and specifically to a method for predicting the risk of the disease using the same. The present invention relates to markers for predicting the risk of vascular-related diseases such as coronary artery disease and atherosclerosis by measuring the association between monobasic polymorphism, HDL cholesterol index and atherosclerosis index. Using the marker of the present invention can predict the risk of various blood vessel-related diseases in advance.n n n n Polymorphism, Arteriosclerosis Index
