titleOfInvention | Methods for Preparing Chlorophyll a and Chlorin e6 |
abstract | The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of chlorophyll a and chlorine e6. The present invention extracts chlorophyll a using unbroken intact chlorella cells themselves, and prepares chlorine e6 therefrom, and a high content ratio of chlorophylla can be obtained by pretreatment of chlorella cells adopted in the present invention. From this, chlorine e6 can be produced in high yield. In addition, the process of the present invention is carried out according to a relatively simple process and is suitable for mass production of chlorine e6. |
