titleOfInvention | Method for preparing biodegradable microsphere carrier in which water-soluble macromolecular drug is encapsulated without water-soluble solvent and biodegradable microsphere carrier |
abstract | The present invention provides a biodegradable microsphere carrier using a polyester-based polymer on a single organic solvent by dissolving a water-soluble macromolecular drug in an organic solvent using polyethylene glycol in an organic solvent or dispersing it in nano size without using an aqueous solution. The present invention relates to a biodegradable polymer microsphere carrier prepared by the method, and the biodegradable polymer microsphere carrier according to the present invention does not use an aqueous solution during the manufacturing process, so that an interface of an organic solvent / aqueous solution does not occur, so that it is water-soluble such as a protein. It has the advantage of not denaturing the properties of macromolecular drugs. |
