The present invention relates to a binder composition for a transparent conductive film containing carbon nanotubes, and particularly to a binder composition for a transparent conductive film containing carbon nanotubes, wherein the binder is 20 to 600 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes. The technical composition of the binder composition for a transparent conductive film containing carbon nanotubes, comprising 50 to 10000000 parts by weight of a solvent, and 100 to 50000 parts by weight of a cosolvent for the carbon nanotubes and the binder. Accordingly, in the binder composition for transparent conductive films including carbon nanotubes, carbon nanotube dispersion solvents, dilution solvents, binders, binder dissolving solvents, dispersion stabilizers and cosolvents, the optimum composition ratio is found to be physicochemically stable and dispersible.
