The present invention provides a nanoliposome containing germinated brown rice extract and a fiber softener and a liquid detergent composition for fiber comprising the same. The nanoliposome of the present invention and the fiber softener and the liquid detergent composition for the fiber comprising the same are effectively adhered to the fiber during germination of the fiber, so that the active ingredient of the liposome is slowly and continuously released after washing, for sensitive skin. It has the effect of minimizing irritation. |
