titleOfInvention | Apoptosis Inhibitors Containing a Cdc6 Mutant Protein |
abstract | The present invention relates to an apoptosis inhibitor comprising a point mutated Cdc6 protein and an apoptosis inducer comprising a deleted Cdc6 protein, specifically, a point mutated Cdc6 that is not cleaved by caspase-3 activated upon apoptosis An apoptosis inhibitor comprising a protein and an apoptosis inducing agent comprising a Cdc6 protein deleted by caspase-3. The apoptosis inhibitor of the present invention can be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease caused by abnormal cell death by blocking apoptosis activation by cleavage of Cdc6 protein during cell death. Since p32-tCdc6 protein, which is an apoptosis inducing agent, has an effect of inducing strong apoptosis, it can be usefully used for prevention or treatment of various cancer diseases caused by ideally continuing proliferation.n n n n Apoptosis inhibitors, apoptosis inducers, degenerative diseases, cancer |
