abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an antistatic tray for transporting parts that require strict electrostatic properties, such as a head stack assembly (HSA) in a hard disk driver, which is one of computer storage devices. By mixing, increasing the kneading property of the antistatic agent and lowering the processing temperature, the content of the antistatic agent volatilized is reduced, and the molding process and injection processability are similar to those of the polymer resins used in the past, and the mechanical strength is used as the antistatic tray. It is possible, and the price is much lower than conventional antistatic trays. |
