abstract |
The present invention provides a substrate, a first electrode formed on the substrate, a second electrode formed on the first electrode, and the first electrode and the first electrode to reduce the contact resistance of the electrode and the organic film and to improve the electrical characteristics of the organic light emitting device. An intermediate layer including an organic light emitting layer and a hole injection layer interposed between two electrodes, the hole injection layer is in contact with the first electrode and provides an organic light emitting device containing rhenium oxide (ReO 3 ). |
