titleOfInvention | Method of forming fine metallization of flexible substrate using selective electroless plating |
abstract | The present invention relates to a fine metal wiring process of a flexible substrate using selective electroless plating, and more particularly, electrolytic plating after selective surface electroplating or selective electroless plating after plasma surface treatment of a flexible organic substrate. It relates to a method for forming a metal wiring selected from the group consisting of nickel, copper and gold on the substrate using.n n n The method of the present invention improves the adhesion between the organic substrate and the metal wiring by forming the metal wiring on the flexible substrate by the plasma surface treatment process and the electroless plating process, and enables fine and selective metal wiring with high aspect ratio. It can be formed and can be applied to a flexible device at low cost. |
