titleOfInvention Composition for increasing immune activity, which contains hot water extract
abstract The present invention relates to a composition for increasing immune activity, which contains hot water extract as an active ingredient, in order to find out the immune and anti-cancer activity of hot water extracts of the cultivars of the present invention, appropriate extraction and purification conditions, sugar composition, cancer cell toxicity, cancer cells Growth inhibitory effect, leukocyte count, complement system activity, intestinal immune activity and oral toxicity were reviewed.n n n According to the present invention, it is possible to separate and purify the active material having a molecular weight of 300 to 500 kDa by extracting for 3 hours from 100% of the water from the falconus for 3 hours, and precipitating with 4 times the amount of alcohol, followed by dialysis and ultrafiltration. The extract has the effect of enhancing the immunity and inhibiting the growth of cancer cells in the human body. Therefore, it is expected that the composition containing the hot water extract of Mae jae in the present invention exhibits immune activity and anticancer activity in the human body and thus can be applied to the treatment and prevention of various diseases.
