titleOfInvention Method for preparing polyamide 6 polymer with improved dyeability and radioactivity
abstract Disclosed is a method for producing a polyamide 6 polymer which is excellent in dyeing and spinning properties and which is particularly useful for producing medical fibers. The method for preparing the polyamide 6 polymer is diamine containing 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of water as a polymerization initiator, 0.1 to 1.0 parts by weight of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component as a chain regulator, and tertiary nitrogen with respect to 100 parts by weight of caprolactam. Caprolactam is melt polymerized in the presence of 0.02 to 0.5 parts by weight of the component and 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of the monoamine component having the benzene ring. Wherein the dicarboxylic acid component is terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid or a mixture thereof, and the diamine component containing tertiary nitrogen is 3-dimethylaminopropylamine, 3-diethylaminopropylamine, 4-dimethylaminobutyl Amine, 4-diethylaminobutylamine or mixtures thereof, and the monoamine component having the benzene ring is preferably benzylamine. n n n Dyeing, radioactive, polyamide, chain regulator, dicarboxylic acid, diamine, monoamine
