titleOfInvention | Polymer composition for conductive rollers, polymer composition, conductive roller, conductive belt |
abstract | The present invention provides a polymer composition for a high-performance conductive roller that not only has low volume specific resistance, but also suppresses compression set deformation and does not cause photocontaminant contamination.n n n It contains a rubber component mainly composed of epichlorohydrin rubber having an ethylene oxide content of 55mo1% or more and 95mol% or less, and, if necessary, at a ratio of 0.014 mol or more and 0.080 mol or less with respect to 100 g of the rubber component as a crosslinking agent. In the permanent deformation test of the vulcanized rubber described in JIS K6262, the compression set measured at 70 ° C and 22 to 24 hours of measurement temperature was 15% or less, and the volume specific resistance test described in JIS K6911. The volume intrinsic resistance value measured by the applied voltage of 1000 V should be 10 7.5 [Ω · cm] or less. |
