titleOfInvention Circuit breakers, safety devices for connecting electrical circuits, and methods for improving the safety of electrical circuits
abstract There is provided a circuit breaker device configured to electrically connect the blocking element and the fuse element in parallel. The blocking element includes a conductor and a current breaker capable of cutting the conductor to remove its received current. The blocking element has an initial state and an operating state. When the blocking element is in the initial state, the conductor provides a conductive path parallel to the fuse element. When the blocking element is in operation, the gap created in the conductor by the current breaker prevents current from flowing through the conductor. An exemplary embodiment of a circuit breaker device detects a cutoff control signal and operates in response to the signal.n n n n Disconnect element, fuse element, circuit breaker, conductor, current breaker
