titleOfInvention Method for forming a panel with a UV hard coating layer and a printing method for attaching a universal UV coating on the panel
abstract The present invention is a panel having a certain thickness used for the decoration of the transparent window of a mobile or home appliances, in particular to the upper side of the panel formed with a UV hard coating layer in order to have abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, stain resistance and anti-reflective function of the surface properties of the panel The purpose of the pattern is to solve the problem that the general UV paint used for the implementation of the pattern is not adhered to the UV hard coating layer, and to provide a precise and easy to implement the pattern on such a panel.n n n At present, when the pattern is formed on the panel as described above, the general UV curing paint (which is a kind of resin) is applied to the upper side of the pattern which is formed on the upper surface of the mold mold with a constant thickness, and the panel is placed on the upper side. After pressurizing it with a press or the like, the general UV curing paint is tightly filled with the uneven pattern. After being in close contact with the panel, it is irradiated with ultraviolet rays from the upper layer of the panel. While being bonded, the uneven shape is realized on the panel.n n n However, when the UV hard coating layer is formed in order to have abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, stain resistance, and antireflection, which are surface properties, the surface of the panel has no wet effect on the UV hard coating layer when manufactured in the same manner as described above. There is a disadvantage of not losing.n n n Therefore, in the present invention, by allowing the UV hard coating layer formed on the surface of the panel to be wetted, the general purpose UV paint can be attached.n n n In addition, when implementing the pattern on the panel to solve the problem of poor adhesion to the mold due to the flatness due to the constant thickness of the panel.
