titleOfInvention Semi-finished product of resin lens, manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method thereof
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a semi-finished product of a resin lens, an apparatus for manufacturing the same, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein an amount of a resin of 50 to 90% of the volume is injected into a cavity of a resin lens casting cell 5a, and the cell is almost horizontal. It is held so that the raised portion due to the surface tension is formed in the center portion thereof to form a clumping area 7a. The resin is released by heating polymerization in the same posture to obtain a resin molded product 8c. This resin molding is a semi-finished product of a resin lens in which the lens portion 9c and the ring portion 10c are integrally molded at the center, and the resin portion can be obtained by cutting off the ring portion to obtain a resin lens having an arbitrary diameter smaller than the diameter of the mold. By using this, the resin for optics can be saved and a desired resin lens can be obtained.
