Nucleic Acid Separation Method Using Nucleic Acid Separation Column |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a nucleic acid separation column and a nucleic acid separation method using the same. The nucleic acid separation column of the present invention is characterized in that the nitrocellulose membrane is placed on a support and fixed thereon with an O-ring, and the nucleic acid of the present invention. Separation method is characterized in that the nucleic acid is separated using a column prepared above or CF-11 column and using a STE buffer with 15 to 18% ethanol.n n n When nucleic acid is separated by using the nucleic acid separation column of the present invention, only viral nucleic acids are separated, thereby making it possible to quickly and easily diagnose virus infection of plants. In addition, the isolation of the dsRNA allows the use of sense and antisense primers in reverse transcription of the RT-PCR reaction, thereby doubling the initial efficiency and increasing the accuracy of virus diagnosis. |
