The present invention relates to a multifunctional silica capsule containing a capsule, magnetic nanoparticles, and optical nanoparticles, and a method of manufacturing the same.n n n According to the present invention, a silica capsule having nanopores on its surface can be manufactured by forming an emulsion system using two fluids having different surface tensions and forming a silica layer while selectively evaporating only one fluid.
