The present invention relates to a thermal transfer type composite film and a method for manufacturing the same, which, according to the present invention, comprises a base film, a release layer, a printing layer, and an adhesive layer, wherein the printing layer is a thermosetting acrylic resin, an organic pigment, or a tin oxide as a curing accelerator. Or a urethane-modified polyamide as a dispersant, or a polyester-urethane-acrylate, an organic pigment, a monoacrylate as a reactive diluent, and a di-acrylate or tri-acrylate as a high gloss imparting agent.
