abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a polymer substrate for use in a flexible display or a touch screen, and a method of manufacturing the same. A polymer resin is prepared by dissolving a polymer in a mixed solvent containing dyes or pigments, and the resin is thickened on the surface of the polymer film substrate. To obtain a functional substrate having a good color filter function and at the same time having a high light transmittance.n n n In other words, the polymer polymer is dissolved in a mixed solvent containing visible light absorbing dyes or pigments, and the polymer resin is coated on a surface of the polymer film base material with a thick film to dry at low temperature, thereby providing a function of a color filter. A polymer substrate for use;n n n Dissolving dyes or pigments absorbing visible light in mixed solvents such as aliphatic hydrocarbon derivatives or aromatic hydrocarbon derivatives to produce organic dyes or organic pigment solutions; and polymers such as acryl, carbonate, and ester polymers in organic dyes or organic pigment solutions. A process of preparing a liquid multifunctional polymer resin by melting the polymer, coating the surface of the polymer film substrate with a thick film and drying it at a low temperature; and forming a silica diffusion preventing layer of an oxide and a transparent electrode of indium tin oxide by vacuum evaporation.
