abstract | The present invention relates to a potentiometric immunosensor for detecting bisphenol A and a detection method using the same. More specifically, a polyclonal antibody isolated from a mouse immunized with a combination of a bisphenol A analog and a protein is applied to an ion selective electrode membrane. By using a potentometric immunosensor characterized in that the ion-selective electrode membrane is coated with carboxypolyvinyl chloride, bisphenol A can be detected directly and at low cost without a separate labeling substance. |
