In this visible mark, the hard coat film 4 is removed from the portion constituting the mark, and only a small amount of the lens base material 3 is removed from the surface toward the inside to form the concave portion 6. In addition, the antireflection film 5 is formed in the concave portion 6 of the hard coat film 4 and on the surface of the concave portion 6 of the lens substrate 3.
