The present invention relates to a flame-retardant polyolefin resin composition and a method for producing a flame-retardant polyolefin foam particles having excellent adhesion and secondary foamability using the same, more specifically polyolefin resin particles, halogen-based flame retardant, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, nanoclay, A flame retardant polyolefin resin composition comprising a blowing agent and a dispersion medium, and a polyolefin resin particle, a halogen-based flame retardant, an ethylene vinyl acetate resin, and a nanoclay are mixed, and then the mixture is dispersed in a dispersion medium, and the polyolefin resin particles are impregnated with a blowing agent, It relates to a method for producing flame-retardant polyolefin foam particles excellent in adhesion and secondary foamability comprising the step of releasing it in a low pressure atmosphere to produce polyolefin foam particles. The flame retardant polyolefin resin composition of the present invention uses ethylene vinyl acetate resin and nanoclay together with halogen flame retardant to effectively suppress the bleed out and blooming phenomenon caused by the use of halogen flame retardant alone. It can be usefully used for the production of flame-retardant polyolefin foam particles having excellent adhesion between the secondary and foamability. |
