The present invention relates to a method of inducing neurogenesis in neurons, and more particularly, proteasome inhibitors are different from neuronal growth factor (NGF), and are used as receptors for neuronal growth factors in cells. The present invention relates to a method of inducing neurites in neural cells using proteasome inhibitors by directly activating known tropomyosin-related kinase A (TrkA) receptors to promote neurites in neural cells. |
