titleOfInvention Composition for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells containing sphingosylphosphorylcholine into myofibroblasts
abstract The present invention relates to a composition for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into myofibroblasts containing sphingosylphosphorylcholine as an active ingredient.n n n According to the present invention, sphingosylphosphorylcholine (SPC) promotes secretion of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in mesenchymal stem cells, thereby promoting α-smooth muscle actin (α), which is a specific gene of myofibroblast. -SMA), calponin, SM22α and the like to increase the expression of the extracellular matrix (extracellular matrix protein), fibronectin (fibronectin) and the like. Therefore, SPC can be used as a drug to increase the efficacy of cell therapy for the treatment of skin wounds using mesenchymal stem cells, and the method of inducing and measuring the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into myofibroblasts by SPC can promote wound recovery or scarring. It can be used to search for inhibitors of production.
