titleOfInvention Silicone release plastic film with excellent antistatic properties
abstract The present invention relates to a silicone release plastic film having an excellent antistatic property with a unique silicone release composition and an antistatic inline coating coated during the plastic film manufacturing process using the same. The composition of the silicone release liquid according to the present invention is excellent in silicone curing properties by sufficiently curing silicon by coating and applying a polyester stretch film using a release solution containing a hexenyl group and a hydroxyl group containing a polysiloxane, a hydropolysiloxane, and a platinum catalyst. The present invention relates to a silicone release plastic film having excellent antistatic properties with excellent anti-adhesive properties and excellent anti-static property between silicon and plastic.n n n To this end, the silicone release plastic film having excellent antistatic properties according to the present invention includes a silicone, a silicone release liquid including a polysiloxane (polysiloxane) containing a hydroxyl group and a hexenyl group, and a hydropolysiloxane, on at least one side of the substrate. The release layer is characterized in that the coating step of the plastic film manufacturing process made of a silicone release layer coated with a constant coating thickness.n n n Plastic release film, polysiloxane including hexenyl and hydroxyl groups, antistatic
