abstract |
The present invention provides at least one oxide selected from metal oxide nanoparticles having a size of 100 nanometers or less and a metal partial polycondensation oxide, a metallic ink in which metal nanoparticles having a size of 100 nanometers or less are dispersed in a solvent in an independent form, and the ink And an electrode forming method for forming a conductive wiring by patterning the inkjet printer, and a substrate having the electrode formed therefrom. According to the present invention, the patterning by the inkjet printer is possible, but the adhesive force to the substrate is increased. The metallic ink according to the present invention is usefully used for electrode production of various panels such as PDP. |
