Disclosed are a polyimide composition formed using a functional group and a functional group forming a polyimide. The functional group has a phosphine oxide. [4- (diphenylphosphineoxide) phenyl] pyromellitic dianhydride is formed with phosphine oxide in order to improve the properties such as solubility, adhesion, glass transition temperature and thermal stability. A dianhydride and a diamine compound having a phosphine oxide formed are used to form a polymer polyimide composition. |
