titleOfInvention How to treat waste anion exchange resin with supercritical hydroxide technology
abstract The present invention separates the mixed waste ion exchange resin generated in the nuclear power plant into waste cation resin and waste anion resin using a specific gravity separator, wet waste grinds the separated waste anion resin with a ball mill to make a slurry, and then dilutes it. After preparing the slurry of the desired concentration, the pressure of the system is controlled by the BPR installed at the rear of the cooler, and mixed with 50% hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ), air, or oxygen with a slurry using a high pressure pump as an oxygen source. After that, the present invention provides a method of treating the waste anion exchange resin by supercritical hydroxide technology, which oxidizes and decomposes the waste anion resin through a supercritical hydroxide reaction through an electric heating preheater.n n n In the method of the present invention, NOx or dioxin does not occur by using a denitrification agent such as nitric acid or nitromethane to control the total nitrogen of the wastewater, and thus it is a method that can be treated very economically without requiring an aftertreatment facility.
