abstract | A multichannel biochip scanner with two or more excitation wavelengths is provided. The biochip scanner according to the present invention comprises a glass holder unit for mounting a biochip in which a target DNA and a probe DNA hybridized with a fluorescent material are labeled, a light source unit for irradiating a laser beam to the biochip, and transferring the biochip from the glass holder unit. And a transfer unit, and a detection unit for detecting and analyzing fluorescence expressed from the biochip by the laser beam, wherein the light source unit generates laser beams of at least two different wavelengths. |
