Before sealing the display panel, a method of inspecting the display panel is provided which can distinguish whether the EL panel is a good product or a defective product. In the first inspection method, the conductive film is patterned to form a pixel electrode after measuring a current flowing through the conductive film and detecting a defective pixel according to the measured value.
