titleOfInvention Functional Liquid Binder for Ink Production and Manufacturing Method Thereof
abstract Disclosed are a natural binder contained in an ink used for coloring paper products or hygiene products for food packaging or printing a pattern, and a manufacturing method thereof. To this end, natural resin, ethanol, liquid anion generating composition is mixed and nano-pulverized to form a composition, and then mixed with sweet potato starch to the nano-composition and stirred under a constant condition while recovering evaporated water and ethanol gel again After the composition is formed, the gel composition is quenched to room temperature, and then the liquid antimicrobial agent and silver nano colloid are mixed and stirred in the quenched gel composition to obtain a liquid binder. The functional liquid binder for preparing an ink according to the present invention does not emit a volatile organic compound because it does not contain an organic solvent, and emits a large amount of far infrared rays and anions, which are beneficial to the human body, and thus is manufactured using the ink containing the natural binder. It is effective to improve the health of the user.
