titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of water-dispersed polyaniline nanoparticles using dispersion polymerization |
abstract | The present invention relates to the preparation of water-dispersible polyaniline nanoparticles, wherein a styrenesulfonate monomer having a negative charge used as a dispersion stabilizer is dissolved in an aqueous solution, and then hydrochloric acid and aniline monomer are dissolved in another aqueous solution. After stirring to form the aniline monomer with the anilium ions, the two solutions are mixed with each other and stirred, and after forming a complex compound of the styrenesulfonate monomer and the anilium ions by charge-charge electrostatic attraction, Provided is a method for preparing polyaniline nanoparticles by solution polymerization and oxidation polymerization, which are polymerization methods of respective monomers.n n n According to the present invention, polyaniline nanoparticles have an almost uniform unique feature, from about 30 nanometers to 90 nanometers, and have the advantage of being well dispersed without precipitation or phase separation in aqueous solution. Solutions prepared without further purification or rinsing can be adapted for industrial purposes, enabling economic and environmentally friendly mass production. |
