abstract | The present invention relates to a composition having an antimicrobial performance capable of preventing infection of various microbial species, an air purification filter to which the same is applied, and a method for producing the composition. The composition having the antimicrobial performance of the present invention is characterized in that the silver nanoparticles are contained in the zeolite powder. It contains simultaneously adsorbed nanosilver zeolite, fish herb extract and 2,4,4-crechloro-2-hydroxy diphenyl ether. The composition containing the above three components simultaneously shows synergistic antimicrobial or antiviral effects against various microbial species, such as human flu virus and avian influenza virus, as well as various bacteria and fungi, for example, to prevent various microbial infections.
