titleOfInvention | Biometric information inspection system |
abstract | A biometric information inspection system capable of efficiently accumulating highly reproducible biometric information in a plurality of detection means and capable of analyzing the relevant information in various ways, thereby realizing a simplified and compact system. The biological information inspection system 10 of the present invention includes a sensor chip 20 in which a sample such as a gene is held, a sensor chip holding unit 11 in which the sensor chip 20 is disposed, and a detection unit of the sensor chip 20 ( 21 and a data reading unit 13 for acquiring image data of the marker unit 23. It also has a data calculating unit 16 that executes a plurality of programs for acquiring biometric data from the image data of the detection unit 21. From the image data of the marker portion 23 read out, it is determined which inspection means the sensor chip 20 corresponds to. Then, the data calculating unit 16 executes the program according to the inspection means corresponding to the detecting unit 21, and detects the biometric information unique to the sensor chip held in the detecting unit 21 from the image data of the detecting unit 21. Thereby, the information of the marker part 23 and the information of the detection part 21 can be acquired by the same mechanism (data reading part 13). |
