abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for effectively concentrating and removing salts of a peptide sample, and more specifically, (A) a concentration step of concentrating a peptide sample by adsorbing on a nanoporous carbon magnetic material; (B) a washing step of removing salts by washing the nanoporous carbon magnetic material to which the sample is adsorbed; And (C) an extraction step of separating the concentrated and adsorbed sample from the nanoporous carbon magnetic material from which the salts have been removed by using an elution solvent.n n n According to the present invention, the peptide sample present at a low concentration in a large amount of solution can be easily concentrated / washed / separated without damaging the sample, and thus can be used as a pretreatment method for high sensitivity mass spectrometry of the peptide sample. |
