abstract The present invention relates to a composition for producing a polyurethane urea elastic fiber having excellent anti-chlorine properties and uniformity, resistant to chlorine water in a swimming pool and interwoven with nylon to provide an excellent fabric quality, and an anti-chlorine polyurethane urea elastic fiber using the same. More specifically, the present invention is an anti-chlorine additive in the mixture of fatty acids, fatty acid metal salts, fatty acid esters, fatty acid phosphate esters, silica, silane, polyorganosiloxane, polyorganosiloxane / polyorganohydroxygensiloxane of C1 ~ C30 A composition for producing an anti-chlorinated polyurethane urea elastic fiber and a polyurethane urea using the same, characterized in that it contains 0.1 to 10% by weight of basic magnesium carbonate coated by 1 to 10% by weight in a dry or wet method. It relates to an elastic fiber. Polyurethane urea elastic fiber by the polymer composition of the present invention has excellent anti-chlorine and uniformity, resistant to chlorine water in the pool and interlaced with nylon and polyester to provide an excellent fabric quality.
