titleOfInvention Mass production method of conductive polypyrrole nanoparticles using dispersion polymerization
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing nanometer-sized conductive polypyrrole particles in a large amount by using dispersion polymerization, and adding a dispersion stabilizer and an oxidizing agent to distilled water, stirring and dispersing, and then injecting a pyrrole monomer to perform polymerization under an aqueous dispersion stabilizer solution. Proceed to provide a method for producing a conductive polypyrrole nanoparticles. n According to the present invention, it is possible to produce nanometer-sized conductive polypyrrole particles using dispersion polymerization, and has the advantages of low production cost, short polymerization time, and easy polymerization conditions. Nano-sized polypyrrole particles that can be produced through the present invention can be produced in large quantities that were not possible with conventional methods. n Since polypyrrole particles are not only nano-sized, but also electrically conductive, they can be used as optical display materials, electromagnetic shielding materials, and antistatic materials. n n Dispersion Polymerization, Polypyrrole, Nanoparticles, Mass Production
