titleOfInvention Polysaccharide Extraction from Pine Fruit
abstract The present invention relates to a method for extracting polysaccharides from pine fruit butterflies, and more particularly, to a method for extracting polysaccharides from pine fruit butterflies, which increased the yield of polysaccharide extraction by alkali swelling extraction. The polysaccharide extraction method of the present invention comprises the steps of (i) slicing and crushing the mushroom fruiting body, (ii) mixing the same amount of KOH less than 1.0N and less than 2.0N and swelling for 1 to 2 hours, (iii) Homogenizing and swelling the swollen fruiting body using a crusher, neutralizing it with an acid, and (iii) after the neutralizing step, removing the salt and drying to obtain the fruiting body extract, using a conventional alkali extraction method. Since it is possible to obtain an extraction amount of 5 to 6 times more than the extraction, it is possible to further increase the utilization of pine needles mushrooms showing hypoglycemic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.n n n n Pine Needle Butterfly Extract, Alkali Swell Extraction Method, Polysaccharide, β-1,3-Glucano-β-1,6-heterogalactomannan
