titleOfInvention | Process for preparing azoiminoether and azocarboxylic acid ester and novel mixed azocarboxylic acid ester |
abstract | The present invention includes reacting azonitrile with alcohol and hydrochloric acid using an aromatic solvent, wherein the molar ratio of hydrochloric acid to azonitrile (R = hydrochloric acid / azonitrile) is greater than 2 when methanol is used as the alcohol. Azoiminoether hydrochloride, wherein the molar ratio of hydrochloric acid to azonitrile is greater than 3 (R> 3) when ethanol or an alcohol having 3 to 10 carbon atoms is used as the alcohol (R> 2). It relates to a manufacturing method of. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of azocarboxylic acid esters comprising the steps of synthesizing azoiminoether hydrochloride by the process of the invention and hydrolyzing in the presence of the synthesized azoiminoether hydrochloride. The above method can obtain a liquid composition of azocarboxylic acid ester. The present invention also relates to a mixed azoiminoether salt of the following general formula (II ′). The invention also relates to mixed azoiminocarboxylic acid esters of the general formula (III ′) below.n n n General formula (II ')n n n n n n n n General formula (III ')n n n n n n n n Azoiminoether * Azocarboxylic acid ester * Mixed type azocarboxylic acid ester * Aromatic solvent * Hydrochloric acid |
