abstract | The present invention relates to a water-dispersed urethane acryl hybrid coating for metal coating and a method for forming a coating film using the same, wherein the coating includes 30 to 40 parts by weight of an acrylic monomer including 40 to 70 parts by weight of a water-soluble urethane dispersion and an acetoacetoxy monomer. 38 to 60% by weight of the urethane acry hybrid resin formed by reaction in the presence of the present invention, and 1 to 3% by weight of an additive including an antifoaming agent, a humectant and a rust preventive agent, and excess water. The paint may be a copolymer formed by direct chemical bonding of the urethane domain and the acryl domain included in the resin in a subsequent heat treatment process to form a coating film having a more dense structure. |
