Provided is a multiple desalination apparatus for maintaining stable desalination performance and ion exchange resin performance over a long period of time. A mixed layer of a gel type cation exchange resin and a porous type anion exchange resin having a water retention capacity of 41% or less or a crosslinking degree of 12% or more is used.
