The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the optical purity of 1-chloro-3,5-ditoluyl-2-deoxy-L-ribose represented by the following formula (1), and more particularly, 1-chloro-3,5-ditoluyl. 1-[(S) -tetrahydro-3-furanol represented by the following Chemical Formula 3 by reacting 2-deoxy-L-ribose with (S) -tetrahydro-3-furanol represented by the following Chemical Formula 2 ] -3,5-ditoluyl-2-deoxy-L-ribose was prepared, and then chiral HPLC was used to synthesize diastereomer of 1-[(S) -tetrahydro-3-furan represented by the following formula (4). Ol] -3,5-ditoluyl-2-deoxy-D-ribose is calculated by calculating the area ratio of each of the peaks separated on the chromatogram.
