abstract | Disclosed is a method for preparing bokbunja juice by grinding and wet specific gravity separation. In the method of the present invention, more water and bokbunja are mixed than the bokbunja dose, and the bokbunja mixture is pumped and pumped by a pressurized pump to be pulverized with a grinder at least once. Subsequently, the pulverized bokbunja mixture is precipitated by at least one or more times by the difference in specific gravity between the seed and the juice in a separation tank to receive only the juice separated from the seed as bokbunja juice. Therefore, by completely separating the seeds by the wet specific gravity separation method, it is possible to enjoy the natural taste of bokbunja juice without heating or additional additives. |
