abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flat panel display device, the method comprising: forming a polymer layer on a transparent substrate, forming a light emitting device on the polymer layer, forming a plastic substrate on the light emitting device, and lasering the polymer layer. Irradiating the beam to separate the support substrate. By forming the light emitting device and then forming the plastic substrate, the light emitting device may be manufactured at a temperature higher than the melting temperature (Tg) of the plastic substrate, thereby securing a process margin. In addition, the support substrate can be easily separated by forming a polymer layer easily removed by the laser beam on the support substrate.
