titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyvinyl alcohol having high degree of polymerization and apparatus |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing polyvinyl alcohol and to a device for producing the same. More particularly, in the production of polyvinyl alcohol through a saponification reaction of a polyvinyl ester solution and a catalyst mixture, the polyvinyl alcohol comprises a fluororesin, a silicone resin, and an epoxy resin. The present invention relates to a method for producing polyvinyl alcohol and apparatus for producing the same, characterized in that saponification reaction is carried out in a reactor equipped with a planetary stirrer coated with a coating material selected from the group.n n n According to the present invention, polyvinyl alcohol having high degree of soaping, high degree of polymerization and apparent specific gravity is produced even under high concentration of polyvinyl ester solution by solving the problem caused by gelation when polyvinyl ester is converted to polyvinyl alcohol. According to the present invention, there is an effect of providing a method and apparatus for preparing polyvinyl alcohol, which can reduce the apparatus cost and the solvent recovery cost according to the drastic reduction of the amount of solvent used and the reduction of the reactor size.n n n n Polyvinyl alcohol, high polymerization degree, saponification, apparent weight |
