The present invention relates to a method for producing a soy-swelled soybean snack that is soft and easy to eat even by elderly people with low mastication and digestion by using soy containing a large amount of ingredients.n n n Method for producing a soybean snack containing soybeans of the present invention comprises the steps of (1) pulverizing the beans to obtain a soybean powder, (2) immersing the grains in water and then removing moisture and then pulverizing to obtain a cereal powder, (3 A) mixing soybean powder and grain powder, (4) forming and solidifying the mixture of soybean powder and grain powder, and (5) cutting and drying the molded product of the solid bean powder and grain powder, (6) Squeezing the molded product of the dried bean powder and the cereal powder and then swelling.
